Your Cover is £4.99 per month for the next 12 months
Be Smart Utilities will request the first direct debit payment in the next 10 working days. Your cover is for 12 months, Be Smart utilities we will send you a renewal notice up to 30 days before your renewal date. We will send this renewal via email. However if you require an alternative format such as large print, braille or audio, simply give our team a call on 0800 611 8111.

Your Excess is £60
The excess you pay is the amount per repair even if our engineer returns for the same problem we would one require on excess payment. You do not have to pay an excess if you have a boiler service and Gas Safety Certificate, included in your plan.

If your boiler is slightly older (12 years or older) you may have to pay a security deposit.
